Our circuit

Our architecture practice Optical Perspective Architecture are responsible to carry out our pilot studies towards the design of a tour circuit.

Our circuit aims to provide an alternative structure, an alternative route, independent  of the so called ‘eixo Rio/Sao Paulo/Salvador/PortoAlegre which has a reputation of providing and pretentiously regulate the caracteristics of Brazil’s cultural landscape as a whole.

It is a constructive, positive  argument and it  is not to be taken as an offence as it usually happens.

jg co. & communications Director has taken the consequences believing his arguing through a descriptive approach about the situation as it is.

Brazil seeing culturally has the need of alternative channels totally apart but also within  these cities which are the centres and focus of brazilian cultural activities.

These cities are still relevant and important to any artist around the world today, as a place to perform.

Their offer the different caracteristics and strong opinios of their population as a public and our circuit do understand and appreciate it believing that it has to become wider, to actually des-centralize the monopoly which is actually happen in the Brazil’s cultural landscape.

Brazil as a vast country, its constrictions and limitations imposed by these cities has became a serious and difficult problem from any other artist outside that circuit  to be active.

The need of an infrastructure circuit as an alternative is also  to enrich brazilian culture, its local communities as to provide a platform for artists worldwide to present their work in another country to another culture and public.

Today the influence of the cities mentioned goes beyond culture.  Their influence go beyond talents and skills to become something else. jg co. & communications believes that culture are not implicit with  politics because  the channels of cultural expressions search about the true expresion of human been.

An alternative and independent approach, a new form of management is necessary towards any advance in the landscape of brazillian culture and our tour infrastructure studies & design focus on cities which has that oportunity available,  even because our intended design spaces is for 500; 1.000; to a maximum of 2000 guests depending on the cities demographics.
